Membership Agreement & Terms

Upon acceptance, I agree to pay all dues, fees, and to abide by the Club’s Bylaws and Rules & Regulations, including those of my family and guests. I agree to a 6-month cancellation notice should I wish to end my membership.

I understand that an acceptable payment method, credit card or bank ACH authorization, must be included with my membership account and that payments will be automatically processed on the first of each month for the prior month’s Club charges.

I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused by myself, my family, or guests and that the Club is not liable for loss or damage of personal property.

Failure to pay dues or comply with the terms of this Agreement may result in:

• Suspension of privileges
• Late fees and collection costs
• Termination of membership
• Legal action if necessary
